Recently, the handover ceremony for the Presidential Secretariat Office Building in Dodoma, Tanzania, constructed by China Railway Construction Engineering Group East Africa Co., Ltd., was held. Attendees included Innocent Bomani, Director of Administration and Human Resources of the Presidential Secretariat, and Chief Accountant Presilly Wilbrod Saidi.
At the ceremony, Innocent Bomani extended warm congratulations on the project’s successful completion and praised the project team’s high execution efficiency and outstanding construction capabilities. He emphasized that the building’s completion is of great significance as it will serve a key role in managing public service recruitment, ensuring a more standardized and transparent process, and facilitating the ongoing reform of government services—laying a solid foundation for improving service quality and efficiency.
The project is located in the core area of Dodoma’s new city government district, covering a land area of 7,146 square meters with a total building area of approximately 5,934 square meters and a height of 27.15 meters. It includes office buildings, a conference hall, and outdoor landscaped parking facilities.
